Uses the symbol, range, grids, mode, investment, fee, optional min
spread / min quote per grid, and optional stops from the form. Paper
mode can pause fills outside the configured range (similar to
GridStrike only activating when mid price is inside the band).
Refresh-safe state lives on the server.
